I want to feedback the excellent experience I had dealing with ODM. As a woman on my own I really appreciated Simon’s expert advice on what to order for my home office and the fact that when the delivery was made they put the furniture together. However they went the extra mile with their service as when I was on holiday my PA thought it would be nice to have everything delivered and installed for me to come back to. The quality of the furniture was excellent and service exemplary. Thank you. I will certainly recommend you to others.
I have been a client for ODM for many years. I started my business in 2000 and started using ODM straight away as I had used them in the previous company I had worked for. I have found their prices to be very competitive and the range of products they offer is amazing. Most of all their customer service is impeccable. Nothing, however large or small the order is, is too much trouble. The items I order are always with me the next day along with a packet of biscuits, which is a nice touch. I have suffered from a bad back for years and Steve recommended I try a new office chair they had in stock. I was able to try the chair before I purchased it to make sure I was happy with it.The chair is amazing and so comfortable and my back pains are gone! Thank you so much for this Steve. I would not hesitate in recommending ODM. Thank you guys for the great service.
I would like to thank ODM for the fantastic desks that have been delivered and assembled at our offices. Our old desks filled the office space, and with planned staff expansion I just couldn’t see how we would be able to fit any more people into our site. The lack of space was actually preventing us from expanding our business as we were unable to move. A visit from Simon from ODM remedied that in an instance. They came up with a simple, effective solution that allowed us to fit in additional desks and replace all our old ones at the same time. I never knew that careful office layout and planning could transform a site so much! Our office looks entirely different. Not only do we have the most fantastic new desks, but we now have so much more space and have been able to fit in the additional staff we need to expand our business. Looking at our new layout and seeing how much space we all now have around us, I can’t believe it was that easy and I should have done it years ago. Simon and everyone at ODM are wonderful, the desks came exactly when required, to fit in with all our office refurbishments and were put together by ODM very efficiently. Who knew such a simple solution could change our business – thank you ODM!
ODM provided a large furniture order to our new offices. It was delivered on time and installed very professionally. We were very happy with the build quality and the installation team took what seemed like no time at all to set up. It was all up and ready for us to work the same day. The colours selected work very well together -white with purple screens. It all looks great, thank you ODM.
