As a result of another successful installation in London, we were recommended to this charity.  Our brief was to fit xx people into an  office in a NW London office block. As a charity, budgets were tight.

Architects plans were available, but during our initial visit to what at the time was a building site (partioned walls being demolished) and conversations with the builders on site and our client, alterations to the plans were made there and then in order to  assist in facilitating their needs through our recommendations.  It was apparent during our first visit that the proposed layout by the architect would not allow for the needs of the client in terms of seating the teams of staff in the most efficient layout. 

Once we agreed on an initial specification we submitted CAD drawings and a proposal.  The proposal was within budget and after a few amendments the order was placed.  The installation was effected very quickly as the client was on a tight schedule having to vacate their previous location as soon as the builders and decorators had finished.  On the day of the installation our team worked alongside the telecommunications company who were following behind installing phones as the desks were put in place.
