As a long established client of ours, D & H once again chose ODM to design, supply and install furniture for their pending move to new offices in Upper Beeding. Architects plans of the shell and partitioned walls were supplied and a full specification was agreed. This included not only how many people were to be fitted into each area but we needed to understand how they wished people to be positioned in order to work effectively within their team and communicate with others.
Storage needs for each individual and each department were discussed and agreed. This included Tambour cupboards with retractable doors to avoid doors opening into walkways. Different fittings such as shelves and filing chassis were chosen. Tables and seating for meeting areas within certain offices and a boadroom table and chairs were also specified.
Drawings and a full detailed quotion were submitted. A visit to our showroom followed so that the Director’s could physically see the furniture and try a range of chairs. Having selected a few chairs these were delivered to their existing offices to try for a few days. The order was placed followed by a seamless installation, on time and within budget. Totals were 24 desks with screens, pedestals, storage cupboards, boadroom and meeting tables plus task, visitor and boadroom seating.
ODM provided a large furniture order to our new offices. It was delivered on time and installed very professionally. We were very happy with the build quality and the installation team took what seemed like no time at all to set up. It was all up and ready for us to work the same day. The colours selected work very well together - white with purple screens. It all looks great, thank you ODM.
